Thank you for joining Dan Bradbury’s Success Club. Please read the following terms and conditions from beginning to end.
These terms and conditions are the contract between you and Dan Bradbury Ltd (‘we’, ‘us’ etc). I understand that by signing this document and joining Success Club, I agree to be bound by them.
I understand that I have entered into a membership. I agree that £99 + VAT will be deducted from my account on the date I join Success Club overleaf. I also understand that Dan Bradbury Ltd will thereafter deduct £99 plus VAT per month after my account stated overleaf. The second payment will be due 30 days after the start date of the first month membership.
Monthly subscription payments will then be made to Dan Bradbury Ltd on the same calendar date as the first month of paid subscription fee.
I understand that in order to receive all benefits of a member, I must be an active member at the point of receiving such benefits. I also agree that if I wish to deactivate my membership, I will no longer be entitled to any membership benefits from the point of deactivation.
I further understand and by signing this agreement, should I be liable for any charges outlined above that Dan Bradbury Ltd will automatically take payment for these charges using the payment details overleaf without the need for my authorisation.
I understand that I am entitled to cancel my membership at any time during my membership. After which I will need to provide Dan Bradbury Ltd with 1 month written notice from the date of payment received to cancel my membership.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org
Upon receipt of your cancellation request you will be provided with url details to access the online cancellation form. This form MUST be completed by you in order for your cancellation to be processed. Your membership will remain active until you have actioned this.
Please be aware that once you have actioned your cancellation online this can take up to 72 hours to be processed.

Request for Refund
I understand all sales are considered final from the date of monthly payment received. I understand there will be no consideration or authorisation for a refund after payment received. It is at Dan Bradbury Ltd’s discretion upon request for refund to grant approval if sufficient evidence is provided to support a claim of non-delivery of products or services.
I understand upon approval of my refund request as above payments made to dan Bradbury Ltd under this written contract of sale will be refunded within fourteen business days.
