Thank you for deciding to join us at a Dan Bradbury event. The following terms and conditions set out the agreement between you [The Client] and Dan Bradbury Ltd [The Company]. The terms and conditions are applicable to both online and offline ticket purchases.
Please read the following carefully from beginning to end.
I understand I have purchased a ticket to attend an event hosted by Dan Bradbury Ltd. I understand that the company may offer multiple ticket types and that bonuses are only applicable to ticket holders who present a valid ticket to receive such bonuses.
The company will provide electronic confirmation of purchase upon receipt of payment.
Admission into the Event
A valid ticket or receipt of purchase must be presented to an official in order to gain admission into the event room and vendor area.
I understand I am responsible for my own conduct and behaviour whilst attending the event and Dan Bradbury Ltd accepts no responsibility if the venue itself refuses entry to any persons.
Dan Bradbury Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder without prior warning.
Request for a Refund
I understand all sales are considered final five-business days from the date of payment received. Should I request a refund on or before five business days from the date of sale, I will supply written notice of said request (email is acceptable) to firstname.lastname@example.org at Dan Bradbury Ltd.
I understand there will be no consideration or authorisation for a refund without meeting all the requirements and conditions outlined above and all cancellations and refunds must be authorised by Dan Bradbury Ltd.
I understand upon approval of my refund request payments made to Dan Bradbury Ltd under this written contract of sale will be refunded within fourteen business days.
