I went to a seminar last year with the title: “How to get rich in property, even if you have no money.”
I’m not sure why they would market and sell an event with that title, I mean, who wants to pitch a room full of broke people?
There is a BIG difference between the desire to pay and the ability to pay.
Everybody focuses on desire, very few on willingness, and yet you need both.
The desire to pay for your product and service can be elicited from just about anyone interested in the benefits your product or service delivers if you use the right sales and marketing.
However motivating large volumes of people to want your product is very demoralising if none of them has the cash to pay and they have a combined credit score of 6.
Many businesses would be transformed if they simply moved their existing product and service in front of better quality prospects with a higher ability to pay.
It’s just a quick article today but it’s something that will make a big difference to your bottom line.
